Staten Islanders have the right to choose Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island.  Look for this sign;  it's your assurance that your VISITING NURSE is from Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island. 

When it's time to leave the hospital, and arrangements are being made for home health care services for you or someone you love, you have the right to choose Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island.  Ask for us by name!

If you are not offered Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island, you may file a complaint.
