Early Intervention Program services include the
following:
Free multi-disciplinary evaluation to determine
eligibility;
Development of an Individualized Family Service
Plan (IFSP) for each eligible child and family;
Provision of the Early Intervention services
identified in the IFSP free of cost to the family;
Delivery of Early Intervention services in natural
settings (home, day care centers, family day care);
Screening and tracking of children at risk for
developmental delays and/or disabilities;
Home visits;
Family training;
Counseling;
Parent support groups;
Special education/instruction;
Speech pathology;
Occupational therapy;
Physical therapy;
Psychological services;
Service coordination;
Skilled nursing;
Nutrition services;
Social work services;
Vision services;
Assistive technology devices and services.
